What you are buying Mindroots Library sells digital goods only: ebooks delivered as PDF and EPUB files. Delivery is instant and fully automated — the moment your payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to your email. No physical product is shipped and no waiting period applies.

Our refund guarantee Every purchase is covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If a book is not what you expected — for any reason — email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund Send an email to support@mindroots.store with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address you used at checkout. No forms, no justification required.

How refunds are paid Refunds are issued through PayPal back to the same account or card used at checkout. Funds are typically visible within five business days.

Problems with a download? If your download link did not arrive or a file will not open, contact us first — most delivery issues are fixed within one business day, and the 14-day refund window still applies.
