Our refund guarantee

Even though our products are delivered instantly, every purchase is covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If a book is not what you expected — for any reason — email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Send an email to mindroots.support@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address you used at checkout. That is all we need — no forms, no justification.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through PayPal back to the same account or card used at checkout. PayPal typically makes the funds visible within five business days of our confirmation.

Problems with a download?

If your download link did not arrive or a file will not open, contact support first — most delivery issues are fixed within one business day, and the 14-day refund window still applies regardless.
